SECTION 1 – SHIPPING
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed by 12:00pm will be shipped the next business day. Sometimes shippping processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.
For the domestic shippings, we do not charge additional cost within Turkey and the expected delivery is within 2-4 working days (not including weekends or holidays) for in-stock items only.
For the international shippings, the additional shipping rate calculated based on the destination country will be displayed during check-out process.
Ownership of and risk of damage of goods will pass to you upon delivery to you at your specified delivery address.

SECTION 2 – CUSTOMS and IMPORT DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The orders from non-Turkish customers and/or worldwide shippings may be subject to import duties and/or taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. When shipping these international packages/orders, Gap Copper can’t predict and collect the duties, taxes, particular charges to be held at the destination country. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

SECTION 3 – RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Gap Copper seeks the complete satistaction of its clients. All our products are quality controlled and inspected for any faults before they are dispatched to customers, but even so, if you are not happy for any reason with your purchase or your merchandise is defective, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise. Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted. DO NOT return the item without sending an e-mail addressing sales@gapcopper.com

Returns should be s ent to: Gap Copper Returns: Alihan Gülüşür, Mücahitler St. NO:10/44 Gaziantep- Turkey.
Returned and exchanged items must be in original condition (unused), with all labels intact and with all package contents. Be sure to include the original invoice with your return.  In the event of an additional return, shipping charges will apply. We do not cover the return/exchange shipping charges on International Orders. If you wish to exchange an item, you are responsible for the shipping of the item back to us, as well as the shipping for the exchanged item to be re-delivered to you. We strongly encourage that you add tracking and delivery confirmation on these orders because we are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you send your order for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
